Charlotte Cross Affiliations: St. Charles Area Woodcarvers, Mid America Woodcarvers, Holzschnitzers Carving Club of Belleville, and The National Woodcarvers Association. Interests:She carves mostly in the round, but enjoys relief and chip carving, too. Charlotte also wood burns. Training: She has taken classes from Cletis Sparks, Walter Schmierbach, Dave Lincoln, John Engler, Don Wilson, Wilbert Brewton, Debbie Edwards, Len Dillon and Gerald Sears. She has been a regular visitor to the Doane College and Silver Dollar City seminars and any classes sponsored by the club. Thoughts: Carving is a great pastime and a hobby where you meet a lot of great people. Some Examples of Charlotte's Work Barn Barn Relief Carving finished with watercolors. Moose Charlotte Cross completed the moose blank she brought home from Doane. The Revenuer Charlotte Cross carved a mule with a man on it. It is a revenuer from Harold Enlow's class at Silver Dollar City.
