Club News

New Meeting Location - 7295 94 South

Weldon Spring Department of Energy site.  From highway 40/61 or I-70 exit highway 94 and continue south toward Defiance.  It is just past the Francis Howell High School.  When you see a Quonset hut on the right hand side it is facility.

Club News

The club is going back to TWO meetings a month - the first and third Wednesdays at 7pm!   The "rent fee" is also being rolled back to $1/meeting.

In the spring, carving on Saturday at the facility will also be considered.  If the club member attendance is good (or a specific Saturday could be designated), an open house/sale/show could be hosted at the same time.  This might also be considered in Sept/Oct when there is considerable traffic on 94 headed to the wineries.

The club sharpener is for sale, $100.     It is the equivalent of the John Burke sharpener that sells for over $300.  Contact Pres Rich Weitzman or John Bouchillon if you are interested in buying it.

Bill Kuhn is the new Sunshine Committee.  Please contact Bill if you know of any club members that are ill or in the hospital.
